Congratulations!!! Syntel started campus recruitment drive for 2013-2014 batch in the month of Oct-Nov’13.
As a next step, Syntel is starting with the student registration from following degree and branches:
Degree: BE/ B. Tech/ MCA
Branches: CS/ IT/ ECE/ EEE/ Electrical/ Computer Applications
The student registration activity will start on 4th October, 2013 and close on 10th October, 2013. I request all the students of 2013-2014 batch and get this activity completed before the said date. It is advisable to avoid last minute rush.
Steps for Student Registration:
Step 1:- visit www.monstercollege.in
Step 2:- If you already have an account with the above site, they need to login and update their existing profile.
Step 3:- Otherwise you need to create their profile by clicking on the Signup link in the student section.
Online Test dates will be communicated to you and your shortlisted candidates (based on Syntel’s eligibility criteria) in a separate communication.
This student registration activity does not automatically qualify your students for the aforesaid campus drive, the qualification where of is at the sole prerogative of Syntel basis its selection and other criteria for selection. Syntel is not obliged to provide any reason in case of rejection.

1. Written Test

3. Technical and HR interview

Time duration: 45 Minutes
No Negative mark
Test Type: On line

Coding and decoding
Arrangement questions (Seating Arrangement)
Verbal ability
Reading comprehension
Sentence error correction
Correct spelling
Candidate Experience
Whole test paper: 45 questions-45 minutes.
NOTE: test will be conducted online. You have to solve 45 questions in 45 minutes. You can’t go back to the previous question. If you don’t know then guess the answer and attempt to next question. There is no negative marking. Initial questions were very time consuming puzzles. Don’t give extra time to any question.
